Justice is delaying for Delhi rape victim...Ashamed of you, Indian Constitution

Her name is not Damini or Amanat.
Its the name given by the government of our country who is always protecting the criminals and ignoring the victims.

Her Name is Jyoti Singh Pandey.

The whole India is telling that she is our daughter or our sister,
Still we are watching the rapists are being protected and fed by Indian government.

All helpless people who are protesting against this is made fools by the strong wall of law.
Shamefully India is having the greatest democratic constitution, which is so careful in criminal rights but not showing respect to civic rights of victims.

The protests in this really helped to make this incident to get national and International attention.
Also it may helped the poor father Badri Singh and his family to help not losing their mental strength.
But these voice of common peoples are ignored by authorities.

This father is having something to tell to us;
See the link Badri Singh Pandey Interview for Video of the interview with Jyoti's father.
Badri Singh is a common man. So our blind judiciary is not hearing his voice.

If this father is having the courage to reveal his daughter's name to the world, Why Indian Government is not even showing the face of all beasts who brutally raped her?
Even the face of Ajmal Kasab is shown to the Media and without any controversies capital punishment is given to Kasab.

Regarding the capital punishment in this case, on which all those mass hysteria, candle march, protests, etc...  etc.. has  occurred,

Why government is having such a confusion in taking a final decision??

What is the point the Indian judiciary is trying to make?

This is an incident which happened in our Capital City. The ignorance in this sensational case is letting international medias to criticize India and all Indians.

This case is an incident on which our nation should be more ashamed  than that of international terrorism.
I don't know what are the social consequences and criticism, the government is fearing to face if capital punishment is given to the accused?

What are those democratic values or civilian rights, which are going to get hurt, if a suitable punishment is given to such a brutality?

I felt all these criticisms will be nothing greater than the pride and honor we are losing in the international society by delaying the justice to a poor girl and father.

Now we can see the sensations are all OVER........

The media has done their job.

They told the world all the  news and stories around this case.
Shown us the interviews, reports, protests,  pictures, videos everything.
They lose their interest because there is nothing sensational left in this case.

Even the vibrations in Social networks also is almost finished.

The part of spiritual agents of God, like Asaram Bapu is  also over.
( May be some of us may not be having idea about this Babu's advise.)
His statement was like this,
"The victim is as guilty as her rapists”, “She should have called them brothers and begged them to stop”, “This could have saved her dignity and her life”

I hope you got that message from this great spirit. -
So........Dear friends,
If you ever find yourself in a situation where you’re about to be gang-raped and have your intestines ripped out – just call them brothers and all will be fine.
 "LOL"

It was a case almost all Indians made their judgement mentally at the starting itself.
Still our judiciary is having lots of confusion.
After all its becoming a case between a poor father and the murderers of his daughter...
The case is losing its heat....

For what our judiciary is waiting now?

Its not the case of Jyoti only. India is getting more and more insecure for women.
Why similar cases are repeating in Delhi?
Even a high speed court is made for this case, but all Indians are now confused about the meaning of the word 'speed'.

So pleas think about this and keep the fire in you as a citizen of Country India, which is the mother of many great social reformers.

We can't be anyone like those great leaders, but we can be a part of the protest......
